Thank you for shopping with Serentis™. Below are the terms and conditions that govern shipping and delivery of your order.
1. Shipping Provider
We ship all orders within South Africa using:
Aramex – Store to Door service.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery takes approximately:
8–11 business days from the date of dispatch.

4. Delays
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, Serentis™ is not liable for delays caused by:

Courier operational delays

High shipping volumes

Weather disruptions

Public holidays

Civil unrest or force majeure events

Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer
Once an order has been handed over to Aramex, delivery is under the courier’s operational control.
However, if your parcel is significantly delayed, we will assist you in liaising with the courier to resolve the issue.
5. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Serentis™ will not be responsible for:

Orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Additional shipping fees due to address corrections.
6. Failed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

Customer unavailability

Refusal to accept delivery

Incorrect address provided
Additional redelivery fees may apply.
7. Risk and Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the provided address.
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, customers must:

Notify us within 48 hours

Provide photographic evidence
8. Non-Delivery
If your parcel has not arrived within 15 business days from dispatch, please contact us at:
